BANGLADESH: CSE Announces Temporary Relaxations for All Listed Companies

On 22^nd April 2021, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) announced that all listed companies have been given a temporary relaxation regarding compliance with the provisions of Listing Regulations. This also includes other securities laws relating to the requirements of monthly or quarterly submissions, and other submissions other than price sensitive information to the Commission and the Exchanges. This will be in place up to 25^th May 2021 subject to the limitations or compliances in other regulatory framework.
