Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) announced that the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) has approved the Revised BSE Debt Listings Requirements. The Requirements will be effective from 1st October 2023.
The Requirements were revised mainly to introduce the provisions for listings Sustainable Bonds, which include Green Bonds, Social Bonds, Sustainability Bonds and Sustainability Linked Bonds.
