Brasil Bolsa Balco S.A. (B3) announced that it will not operate on December 24 and 25, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and will resume normal operations on Friday, December 26. There will also be no trading on December 31 and January 1, with the exchange resuming normal operations on Friday, January 2.
On December 26th and January 2nd, trading will take place in the equity, private fixed income, fixed income ETF, and listed derivatives markets. The same applies to the securities lending market, clearing, settlement of transactions, and collateral movement at the B3 Clearing House and the Foreign Exchange Clearing House, as well as the B3 Equity Depository, B3 Over-the-Counter Market, trading and settlement of Treasury Direct government bonds, and B3 Financing Infrastructure.
Trading hours remain unchanged:
- Stock Market: operates from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the forward market closing at 6:25 PM.
- Organized counter market: from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Derivatives Market: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
