Brasil Bolsa Balcao S.A. (B3) announced the launch of Bovespa B3 BR+ Index (Ibovespa B3 BR+) on August 12th, 2024.
This Index enables the creation of products that are exposed to the most tradeable and most representative publicly traded companies, encompassing single stocks, units, and the possibility of BDRs in Brazilian companies listed at B3.
Regarding the participation of BDRs of Brazilian companies listed at B3, it is required that the primary listing of the underlying asset must be at a United States (U.S.) exchange. Additionally, BDRs classified as representing Brazilian companies will be selected through an annual analysis.
