On 9th December 2025, the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) announced that the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) has issued the decision approving the Amendments to the Exchange Rules.

Amendments to the Exchange Rules shall enter into force on 16th December 2025
