The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) announced that the launch of the new version of the Central Securities Depository (CSD) system [Dematerialised Securities System – DSS].
New functionalities of the DSS system
This new version of the DSS new functionalities will offer:
- New structure of Share Accounts / Accounts in the DSS
- New grounds for OTC trading.
- Communication via SWIFT messages.
- New functionalities for Participants (Members / Custodians) such as pledge creation,
- Share account consolidation (via OTC).
- Investor CSD infrastructure.
