On 21st April 2026, Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited (HKEX) announced plans to enhance the After-Hours Trading (T+1) session in the derivatives market around mid-2026, subject to market readiness and regulatory approval.
The enhancements will provide Exchange Participants (EPs) with increased accessibility of the derivatives market and improve trading continuity during the T+1 session.
