On 22nd November 2021, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEF) announced that HKEX Client Connect is a secured web-based platform and currently in use by both Clearing Participants and Exchange Participants (EPs) to submit digitalized requests.
This eService covers more application on trading operations and participantship management services in the securities market and China Connect Service. It also extends to vendors providing Broker Supplied System solutions (BSS Vendors) in securities market/China Connect Service for application of weekday testing purpose.
EPs and BSS vendors are encouraged to use Client Connect to submit application in order to enhance operational efficiency.
