On 2nd June 2025, the Hong Kong securities market (HKEX) published holiday schedule for Year 2026. HKEX holiday schedule has been prepared in the following table according to the general holidays for Year 2026 as announced by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The Securities Market is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as specified below:

The following trading days are half-day trading day and non-settlement day:
- 16th February 2026 (Monday) – Eve of Lunar New Year
- 24th December 2026 (Thursday) – Eve of Christmas Day
- 31st December 2026 (Thursday) – Eve of New Year
