On 4th July 2025, Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC) announced that the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has approved amendments to the Rules and Procedures for the purpose of introducing a report retrieval facility to replace the existing report retrieval function via the CCASS Terminal.
The amendments to the Rules and Procedures will come into effect on Monday 28th July 2025. The marked-up version of the amendments to the Rules and Procedures can be downloaded from the HKEX website.
