HONG KONG: HKSCC Publishes Amendments to CCASS Operational Procedures

On 12^th May 2022, The Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC) published an announcement requesting Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) Participants to note that the Securities and Futures Commission has approved amendments to the Procedures for the purpose of implementing changes to the membership composition of the Participant Admission Appeals Committee of HKSCC.

The amendments, as set out in the Appendix, will come into effect on Friday, 13^th May 2022.
