On 12th July 2024, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) announced expansion of eligible exchange traded funds (ETFs) under the Connect Programme. Effective 22 July 2024, 59 ETFs listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and 26 ETFs listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) will be added to the list of China Connect Securities eligible for both buy and sell due to the Expansion. The aforementioned changes will be available on the “All Eligible Securities” section of the HKEX Connect Scheme webpage.
