KAZAKHSTAN: KASE Announces Amendments to Rules of Market Maker Activities

On 19^th January 2023, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announced that the changes and additions No. 19 to KASE’s internal document “Rules for market-makers’ activities” were approved, with effect from January 18^th, 2023.

In accordance with the amendments, among other things, market-makers on units of unit investment trusts are given the opportunity to fulfill their obligations either on the volume of the mandatory quotation or on the number of securities.
