On 3rd June 2026, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announced that the amendments to internal document Order of execution of listing procedures were approved, with effect as of June 3, 2026.

The amendments were introduced to update the listing procedures and establish that the admission initiator’s application for the inclusion of securities in the “KASE Global” sector must disclose information about the fact of placement of shares through an IPO or SPO and the number of outstanding securities as of the last reporting date.
