KAZAKHSTAN: KASE Changes to Order of Execution of Listing Procedures

On 2^nd December 2025, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announced changes No. 7 to KASE internal document “Order of execution of listing procedures” (the Order) were approved by the board of directors with effect as of December 1^st, 2025.

The changes were made to bring the listing procedures into line with the changes and additions made to KASE internal document “Listing Rules” in terms of the deadlines and procedures for providing information by admission initiators, as well as the deadlines and procedures for implementing listing procedures.
