On 13th March 2026, Bursa Malaysia announced market closure notice in observance of the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri public holiday.
- If the 1st day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri falls on 20 March 2026 (Friday) and the 2nd day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri falls on 21 March 2026 (Saturday):
- Both securities and derivatives market will operate under normal trading hours on 19 March 2026 (Thursday). However, there will be no T+1 Night Trading session for the derivatives market on that date.
- Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will be closed on 20 March 2026 (Friday).
- Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will resume operations on 23 March 2026 (Monday).
- If the 1st day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri falls on 21 March 2026 (Saturday) and the 2nd day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri falls on 22 March 2026 (Sunday):
- Both securities and derivatives market will operate under normal trading hours
- on 20 March 2026 (Friday). However, there will be no T+1 Night Trading session
- for the derivatives market on that date.
- Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will be closed on 23 March 2026 (Monday).
- Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will resume operations on 24 March 2026
- (Tuesday).
