On 30th August 2024, Moscow Exchange (MOEX) announced that it will add 16 new securities to the service for concluding OTC transactions with unlisted shares with settlements through the central counterparty (CCP) from 2nd September 2024.
The MOEX START platform operates on the basis of the service of over-the-counter transactions with the central counterparty, where Russian non-public companies will be able to raise capital for their development by placing shares by private subscription. All participants of the Moscow Exchange clearing on the stock market have access to the platform.
