RUSSIA: MOEX Provides Non-Resident Clients with Access to the Bond Market

On 10^th August 2022, Moscow Exchange (MOEX) announced that it will provide an opportunity to make transactions on the bond market to non-resident clients from non-friendly countries, as well as non-residents whose ultimate beneficiaries are Russian legal entities or individuals. 

Professional participants (banks, brokers, management companies) from August 8^th, 2022, began to register non-resident clients on the Moscow Exchange. To provide access to customers, members are required to identify customers and their controlling persons, as well as provide additional information about customers when they register or make changes to the data provided during registration.
