On 8th July 2026, the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) announced the issuance of its Board resolution dated 28/10/1447H corresponding to 16/04/2026G approving the following:

The Amendments to the Securities Depository Centre Procedures aimed to develop the debt market and enhance its operational efficiency, by removing the price requirement from the OTC settlement instructions for listed debt instruments.
