On 19th July 2023, the Saudi Exchange (TADAWUL) announced approval of the Amended Trading and Membership Rules and Procedures and the Amended Glossary of Defined Terms Used in The Exchange Rules.

The Amendments to the Trading and Membership Rules and Procedures and the Glossary of Defined Terms Used in the Exchange aimed to develop structural procedures for debt instruments and exchange traded funds, in addition to introducing a bundle of general enhancements to the trading procedures in order to ease the trading activity on the exchange and increase its attractiveness.
The amended Rules, Procedures and Glossary shall be effective starting from its publishing date.
