On 15th March 2024, Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) announced that the following Sections of the Listing Rules have been further amended:
- Section 7 – Continuing Listing Requirements
- Section 9 – Corporate Governance
- Section 11 – Enforcement of the CSE Listing Rules
The amended Rules have been approved by the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) of Sri Lanka and will be implemented with effect from 12th March 2024, unless otherwise expressly stipulated therein.
