On 20th May 2026, Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) announced that the following Trading Rules have been amended with the objective of transferring the trading of listed High Yield Debt Securities from Over-the Counter platform to the Automated Trading System of the CSE.

  1. Part 1- Definitions, Rules 8, 11 (new Rule) and 13 (existing Rule 12)
  2. Part 2 – A (2) and C (1)

The amended Rules have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Lanka and is effective from 21st April 2026.
