On 21st May 2024, the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has revised the Listing Rules to facilitate the shortening of the settlement cycle from T+3 to T+2 for equity transactions. The amended Listing Rules have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC).

The revised Rules are effective from 10th June 2024.
