On 25th August 2023, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) and the Stock Market to grant admission to debt securities issued by foreign countries:
- Italian Republic
- Canada
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
- United States
- Federal Republic of Germany
- French Republic
- Japan
The NSSMC has made appropriate changes to the Regulation on the admission of securities of foreign issuers to circulation on the territory of Ukraine.
The Commission plans to receive information on debt securities, the issuers of foreign states, which may be admitted to circulation in Ukraine by the NSSMC, and which are of interest on the part of capital market participants, as well as information on restrictions on the circulation of these securities from PJSC “National Depository of Ukraine”.
The Commission is actively working on expanding opportunities for investing in foreign financial instruments.
