On 12th January 2024, National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) published the Regulation on procedure for issuing shares, registration and cancellation of registration of the issue of shares.
The procedure contains the norms that apply to joint-stock companies that have adopted decisions on:
– issue of shares,
– issue of shares with the implementation of a public offer,
– increase or decrease of authorized capital,
– termination of the company by liquidation,
– termination of the company by transformation,
– termination of the company by joining,
– consolidation or splitting of shares,
– cancellation of shares bought out and/or otherwise acquired by the company without changing the size of the authorized capital of the company.
